Every year in February or March, RAIT hosts the Udaan charity race. It is open to everyone. It is around 6 to 7 kilometres long. A large number of people attend the event. In the year 2020, the event is expected to draw tens of thousands of people.
The college also hosts a variety of activities for its students, such as Stamina (a sports competition), Cultural Days, Teacher's Days, and so on. RAIT also serves as a platform for the development of performing arts, literary arts, and fine arts by encouraging students to compete in various competitions and organising a variety of state and national events.
